Gail Russell, Coosa Basin Facilitator 

Gail has a background in banking.  After leaving banking, she went to work for Elmore County Soil and Water Conservation District where she worked for 51/2 years.  She began her job as Coosa River Basin Facilitator in 2006.  She is married and has two children and 6 grandchildren.
